Having experienced adversity in her own life, needing to lean on her trusted support network, she believes that everyone needs a friend by their side in times of crisis. BFF doesn’t just help people in need, it also assists local businesses by giving them an opportunity to help their community.
How does it work?
Using technology, BFF makes it easy and efficient to give, distribute and receive help at a local level. When you make an online donation, your contribution is converted to a digital voucher that will be redeemed at a local business, who then receive payment for their services.
Digital vouchers are distributed through local charities to those who need a hand up, making it easy to access goods and services that may otherwise be out of reach.
At this time of year, with Christmas fast approaching, the expectation to give, purchase and provide can be overwhelming, which can leave many people feeling less than festive.
This year, Twinkl Australia, the world’s largest online educational resource company has chosen BFF 4 Change as the charitable partner for its 2023 Christmas campaign.
For every $100 donated to BFF between Monday 13 November and Sunday 26 November 2023, Twinkl Australia will gift one 12-month Ultimate membership to a teacher experiencing hardship.
With more than one million resources online, Twinkl help those who teach and are the trusted home of teacher-created planning and assessment materials, as well as teaching resources to support EYLF – Year 10, all aligned to the Australian Curriculum.
